Order Processing & Payment

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated shipping date. We ensure secure payment processing for a smooth transaction.

Pre-orders require payment upfront and will ship within 5-10 business days once available. Restock items are in stock and will ship immediately after payment is successfully processed, within 3-5 business days. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Order Fulfillment Hours

We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email to easily follow your shipment.
