Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in resellable packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.

Refunds

Returns approved within 48 hours are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, only store credit will be issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the return is approved. Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Photos of the item will be required for approval.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@nunaturalhair.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.
